LOW-FODMAP FOODS AND INGREDIENTS

Some of the products below have been lab-tested and certified low FODMAP. Others are suggested based on my reading of the ingredients. Portion sizes apply, to keep them low FODMAP! Stick with the serving size shown at the top of the Nutrition Facts Panel on the product.

Remember, just because something is low-FODMAP does not mean it is right for you! Please keep your other medical nutrition needs in mind, and ask your healthcare provider for guidance as needed.
